Crafted from 3/4 inch thick Medium
Density Fiberboard. All the joints are glued and screwed in
place and the recessed screw heads have
all been concealed with hardwood Maple round head plugs, which are also glued in
place for safety. The
top surfaces of the steps are an equal 5-1/2 inches
apart and each step measures approximately 12 inches in width by 6 inches
in depth and support up to 150 pounds (68 kilograms). Perfect for kids bedrooms,
play rooms, getting into bed, to clamber onto the toilet for pottying, for stepping up to the bathroom sink to wash
their hands, reaching something in the refrigerator and so many other numerous
daily tasks. The overall dimensions of the 2 step stool are 12 inches in width, 11 inches in
height and 12 inches in depth. The stool also has a charming routed edge along the
exterior perimeter. As with all children's stools supervision is highly
recommended when in use.
MDF is ideal for latex or oil painting, mosaic or ceramic art, decoupage and is an excellent foundation for veneers and laminates of all kinds. It will accept a broad range of sealers, primers, and coatings to produce a hard durable surface and is an excellent choice for a wide range of projects.
