As with any of our items they can be crafted without a routed edge if preferred.

Crafted from 3/4 inch thick MDF stock. All the joints are glued and screwed in place and the screw heads on both ends have been concealed with hardwood Birch round headed plugs which are also glued into place. Perfect for reaching high kitchen cupboards and closet shelves, dusting valances, light fixtures and ceiling fans without hauling out the bulky stepladder, climbing into those high beds and so many other numerous daily tasks. The dimensions of the step stool are 13-1/2 inches in length, 8 inches in height, 9-1/2 inches in depth and supports up to 250 pounds (113 Kilograms). The stool also has a charming routed edge along the entire exterior perimeter.

As with all step stools supervision is highly recommended when in use by a child. MDF is ideal for latex or oil painting, mosaic or ceramic art, decoupage and is an excellent foundation for veneers and laminates of all kinds. It will accept a broad range of sealers, primers, and coatings to produce a hard durable surface and is an excellent choice for a wide range of projects.
